You will receive lifetime access to the course content, including any future updates where applicable.

 

2. Digital Product Policy (No Refunds)

All courses are classified as digital products.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will receive instant access to the course content
  • You waive your right to the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations

For this reason, all course purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Any breach of this may result in access being revoked without refund.

 

4. Accreditation & Certification

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all required elements of the course.

It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the requirements for certification.

 

5. Insurance

Upon successful completion of an accredited course, you may be eligible to obtain insurance through providers such as Associated Beauty Therapists.

It is your responsibility to confirm insurance requirements directly with your chosen provider.

 

6. Student Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the correct tools and products to complete the course
  • Following all health and safety guidance provided
  • Completing any required assessments or case studies (where applicable)

 

7. Support

We offer ongoing support throughout and after your course.

Support is provided via email and/or designated student platforms. Response times may vary but we aim to respond as promptly as possible.

 

8. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific business or income outcomes.
